The National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) is the trade association for the air filter industry and is comprised of individuals and companies engaged in the sale, service and manufacture of air filtration products, worldwide.
NAFA members include air filter and component manufacturers, sales and service companies, and HVAC and indoor air quality professionals across the United States and in several foreign countries.
Retail and Service Companies engaged in the sale and/or service of commercial/industrial air filtration, cleaning, purification, decontamination, sterilization, and monitoring devices and products to end users and contractors.
NAFA helps maintain high levels of professionalism within the industry through its Air Specialist and Technician certification programs, Clean Air Award, and recognition of industry leaders.
NAFA provides published guidelines and a library of air filtration articles of interest and importance to air filtration specialists world-wide.
The Members Only section of this web site provides NAFA Members with pertinent information to become better educated in the air filter industry.
Various programs are undertaken by NAFA in an effort to maintain high levels of professionalism within the industry. These programs include education, certification, publications, meetings and technical seminars.
NAFA’s Long Range Plan is to have all major segments of the user market — industrial, commercial, healthcare, institutional and residential — recognize NAFA certified professionals as benefits of breathing clean air.
